With about 20% of Americans changing their address every year, this step is critical to an effective and cost-efficient mailing program. We use the CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification process developed by the US Postal Service to ensure address standardization, zip code correction, and NCOA (the National Change of Address program) updated information. When mail gets returned we update the class database and provide routine reports to our clients. TELEPHONE PROGRAMS The Notice Company offers in-bound telephone messaging services using live telephone operators or user-friendly voicemail. Dedicated toll-free telephone numbers will be assigned upon request. Class members may call in with requests for notice documents, claim form questions, or for other purposes.
